Welcome everybody to the new One Minute of Mindfulness Podcast!

I am so excited to share this new podcast with you because I have heard time and time again about the struggles to “shift” into mindfulness while staying there.

In case I haven’t introduced myself,  I am Cheryl, your podcast host, Mindfulness Coach, and Certified Professional Hypnotist.  

 The podcast may be One Minute of Mindfulness, but the episodes will be between 5 to 12 minutes with an occasional meditation lasting longer. However,  all of these techniques can be used in one minute of practice.

Join me every week. The podcast will upload every Tuesday and an occasional bonus on Saturday. 

On this podcast,  you will learn how to take just a few minutes of your day to easily shift into mindfulness and stay mindful, which can help you to become calmer, more settled, and above all staying present, so you don’t miss the simple day-to-day moments of your life.
