You get to choose the *type of meditation and you can choose your setting. You can go to a castle, a park, a space, a beach or anywhere else you like. You decide!

- “You” specific. Do you have a habit or situation you are looking for? Do you need support with weight reduction, pain control, pre-surgery, fears, dental work, etc. This is heavily focused on hypnosis with anchors and deep healing.
- Mindfulness-This varies. Could be connecting with your senses, watching thoughts, or clearing your mind.
- Progressive Muscle Relaxation –Great for tension and stress. This is a deep relaxation where you relax each muscle, one at a time.
- Charka Meditation –A colorful meditation to connect to each of your seven chakras.
- Abundance & Mindset-Bring abundance to all aspects of your life.
- Expanding intuition-Calms your mind so you can learn to expand your intuition….naturally.
- Relaxation –Sometimes we just want to feel relaxed and at peace. You can go on a journey to the beach, the woods, and the stars. Options are endless!
- Anxiety and stress reduction-Gets you out of your head, reducing anxiety while relaxing your body
- Reach your potential-Gain confidence, and release self-sabotaging behaviors.
- Spiritual –When you’re looking for guidance from above, this meditation can bring clarity. Want to fly out to the stars? Meet your divine presence?

You fill out a survey and I create a custom-made made meditation MP for you. You received an (audio file) MP3.
An individual Guided Hypnosis Meditation is $100.00
