Feel out of sorts? Overwhelmed? Do you feel your frazzled? 

It’s time to ground and center. 

And it’s easier than you think!

Grounding is not only a way to release what no longer serves you; it also allows you to connect to the earth’s energy and feel its connection.

The earth is powerful and often you’re not using its ability to support you.

You are a spiritual person living in a human body and your human body needs to be balanced energetically.

Sometimes your energy is off, and you might feel drained and other times you feel like too much energy is coursing through your veins.

Many times life gets in the way… whether it’s the busyness of a holiday season, or you feel like it’s too much. Stress, overwhelm or maybe it’s the opposite, and you feel like your energy just got unplugged and is draining on the floor. You feel depleted.

Grounding can help your mind to relax, feel more at ease, and feel ready to take on the day!

Plus, in essence, it’s a spiritual practice but it’s also rooted in the mundane world.

And here is one more important thing…

Grounding works best if it’s not done alone.

What I mean is there is a second step that is just as important, and that is centering.

After you ground, you center yourself energetically, balancing your energy so it feels perfect for you.

Grounding and Centering feels energetically balancing.

Combined, it puts things in perspective, slows you down, and moves your attention inward.

Ground and Center every day.
