...

I hate to admit it, but I was “stuck” in my anxiety for years.

Despite my experience helping others with their anxiety, I couldn’t seem to overcome my own

I felt like the carpenter who never finished his spare room

The plumber who never fixed the drippy faucet.

The closet organizer who had a serious problem keeping her shoes organized.

I had a block

There I was, helping others decrease and eliminate their anxiety, but what about mine?

I thought I was doing something about it, but was I really?

➡️Years of struggling, able to help others with their anxiety but not my own.

➡️Years of pretending that I was alright.

➡️Years of thinking it would eventually get better without taking action.

I got so caught up in helping others that I neglected myself.

Maybe you feel the same. Neglecting yourself while taking care of others.
