Spiritual Hypnosis-Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. You go in and out of hypnosis every day. Daydreaming, driving while thinking about something else, or creating habits. If you have never had traditional hypnosis, I will send you ways to prepare before the session.
Spirit Connection is a deep experience so there is prepration. I give you a mandatory meditation to listen to before the session. This will make it easier for you to get the best experience possible. We book the session at least a week out.
Yes! We all have a higher-self, and view that differently depending on our beliefs.
Some people have told me they feel like they are floating, and others feel like they are sinking down so deeply that they forget their body. Your vibration will be higher. Some say they feel alive, aware, and sometimes an abundance of love and joy. You'll have to let me know how you feel after your session.
If you want to do a Spiritual Hypnosis session(s) with a friend or a group, that is fine, but Spirit Connection is a deep individual process and it works better one-to-one.
