An easy way to decrease anxiety

Not that kind of bottle.
However lately, it seems the choice instead of spirituality.
I’ve seen a lot of spiritual people feel overwhelmed and stressed out by current events. Is that you?
“I can’t stop thinking about how bad it will be.”
I’m having a hard time trusting the universe (God) and I fear I may lose my spirituality altogether.”
“I’ve lost faith in humanity and those who have abandoned their values. How did this happen?”
All of these feelings are real.
It feels hard to settle your nerves especially when the things you did before are no longer working, like meditating or grounding.
Instead, you feel overwhelmed, dread, and anxiety.
I have a technique that can help you calm your mind
It’s simple but it works on brain science which you know I like.
This technique is called bilateral stimulation or what I call “the bottle toss”
It’s one of my favorite ways to relieve anxiety so that you can go about your day feeling wonderful.
The best part, it will take less than two minutes so you can get back to doing what you love.

Start tossing that bottle, but wait, there is a special way to do this:
Follow along with the video below and soon enough you’ll notice your nerves settling down and at that point, you can ground out any additional energy you may have.
What is so cool about this technique?
You can do this anywhere, no one will know what you are doing and there are variations so if you don’t have a bottle, you can toss a cat. ( Kidding!)
It is easy yet, it works amazingly well and takes only a few minutes.
