Not that kind of bottle.
Sometimes we’ll reach for anything to get relief from anxiety.
The one thing I hated about having anxiety is when you feel it rising…
That flutter or twang in your gut.
It makes you want to scream. “Not again!”
And now your mind is racing to do something, anything to not feel anxious.
But when anxiety starts, we often feel hopeless and forget what to do.
Besides, it’s hard to settle your nerves, and virtually impossible to relax or meditate at this time.
So, don’t.
You don’t need to, at least not now.
Below is a better option and it works fast.
I learned this from my favorite teacher, Melissa Tiers.
It’s awesome and now part of my Soothing Strategies.
It is simple to do, even kids can do it.
The best part…it works on brain science and it’s one of my favorite Soothing Strategies.
I teach it to all my clients until it becomes second nature.
The best part, it will take less than two minutes.
