We move into mindfulness all the time, but the best time may surprise you.
You think I’m going to say all the time, right? Well, of course. There is no better time to be mindful but there is another time that may be even better.
It is always challenging to come up with the first episode so I decided to keep it simple. Because keeping things simple is my new mantra.
So when IS the best time to be mindful besides All The Time?
Mornings are the best time to be mindful because of a few reasons.
There are usually fewer distractions in the morning so it tended to be quieter.
This is also the time when your mind is more reflective & receptive because you may still be in that transitional state from sleep to waking, which is also known as hypnosis. Hypnosis bypasses the critical thinking mind which also makes it easier to gently move into mindfulness.
Every morning we are born again-what we do today is what matters most.

So, utilize this time when you wake up because it sets the tone for your entire day.

Your future is a thought, your past has passed, but your now is always here.
