Grounding in the present moment is a great way to release stress and worry.


Are you ready to settle your body and relax your mind? 

Grounding is an amazing feeling and it connects you not only to the earth but to your connect to your body and thus your mind. 

If you think about it, this earth is like a giant magnet and we are rotating super fast as gravity pulls us down. It’s pulling us down into the earth. There are many ways to ground and this is just one of them. 

Go sit outside if you can but if not that is ok too. 

Find the most comfortable chair you have, take a seat, and listen.
